On the bottom is a zipper - here you can remove the spelt husk to adjust the pillow for your well-being. A strap on the side makes it very comfortable to wear. The spelt husk (from 100% controlled organic cultivation), which has been cleaned and heated in a special process, is increasingly used as a pillow filling due to its good flowing properties and its elasticity. Spelt is air-permeable, loose and absorbs and releases moisture very well. Due to its stability, spelt-filled pillows are long-lasting. Size of the pillow 90mm (diameter) and 120mm height.
